Our Spaces
59E59 Theaters may be licensed by not-for-profit companies for three-week minimum runs. All programming is curated. We are not able to accommodate weekend or single evening rentals and are dark on Monday evenings. Please see the Curated Programming section for more information and submission guidelines.

THEATER A
Our largest space, Theater A is a proscenium-style space with a generous stage space and optional second level gallery space on stage left.
185 fixed stadium seats with an optional 5 box seats.
Two dressing rooms, one stage level, each with a private toilet, sink, and shower.
Stage area: 27'11" wide x 20' deep

THEATER B
On our second level, Theater B maintains an intimate atmosphere, with a sharp rake and excellent sightlines.
98 telescopic stadium seats.
One 6-8 person dressing room with a private toilet.
Dressing room accessible via spiral staircase.
Stage area with standard seating: 24'4" wide x 15'7" deep
Total area with seats retracted: 24'4” wide x 38'0” deep

THEATER C
Our most intimate space, Theater C is a small, but fully equipped, black box space with two seating options.
Maximum 48 seats with one-sided seating or maximum 53 seats with two-sided seating (click on links below to view seating options)*.
Flexible seating and risers are available.
One 4-6 person dressing room with a private toilet.
Actors must pass through a public hallway to gain access to Theater C from the dressing room.
